How to place an order – Order Process Guide

1) Go to the Merch store and Add all items to the Cart and enter your details for shipping and payment.

2) You will receive an automatic email informing you our order is Processing as soon as our payment processing provider Stripe confirms the payment is authorised.

3.1) Digital Elements – If your order contains digital elements (Digital Downloads) you will receive them in an automated email 5-10 minutes after your payment is confirmed. – You’ll have up to 7 days to download the items.

3.2) Physical Items – We will ship any physical items (Stickers, CD’s, Wristbands, etc) as soon as we get them in stock – If you have ordered multiple items we will likely bundle these and dispatch in one package for convenience & to reduce packaging waste.

4) Dispatch – As soon as we have all of your order ready we will package it and dispatch it via a courier.
If our Courier provides a Tracking Code we will email this to you as soon as we have dispatched the items.

5) Order Complete – You’ll receive an email informing you that your order is complete on our end and is now on it’s way to you.

Purchase of Goods

All orders you make on www.vorstellanmusic.com are subject to acceptance by us.
In the circumstance we refuse your order, we cannot be held liable to any party.
If we do not accept an order, a full refund will be processed (if payment is taken).

After submitting an order via our website we will send you an order acknowledgement email with your order number and details of the goods that you have ordered.
Please note this email is an automated acknowledgement and is not an acceptance of your order.

Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and Vorstellan Merch Store will take place at the point of order dispatch, unless we have notified you otherwise, or you have cancelled your order in accordance with the terms set out in our Returns Policy.


Acceptance of Orders

When you order Merch from us this will be considered to be an offer by you to buy the Merch subject to these Conditions. These Conditions will then be binding on you.

The appearance of Goods on the Website or anywhere else that we sell them is an invitation to you to make an offer to purchase them by placing an Order with us.
We have the right to refuse any Order and it will not bind us until we have accepted your Order and issued you with notification in writing that your Order has been accepted (“Order Acceptance”).

It is your responsibility to make sure that the details you provide when placing your Order are complete and accurate. We are not responsible if you have provided incorrect shipping address or incorrect email/contact details to aid us with the processing and delivering of your order.

The supply of Goods is subject to availability. If we do not supply the Goods to you for any reason, we will not charge you for those Goods and we will refund any money already paid for them. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses which you may suffer if we are unable to supply the Goods. (e.g. if you are purchasing to stock your merch store).

If, after accepting the Order, we discover that the Goods are unavailable, we will notify you of this and refund or re-credit you for the price of the Goods or give you the option to choose substitute goods. In the event that some but not all of the Goods comprising your Order are unavailable, we will give you the option of cancelling the whole Order or amending your Order to substitute the unavailable Goods with available goods.


Discounts and Special Offers

All discounts, special offers and promotions are subject to availability and they may be withdrawn or changed without notice, and may not be used in conjunction with any other offers, except where explicitly stated. If an item is subject to two available discounts, vorstellanmusic.com reserves the right to decide which will be applied.

Early Access – If you are given an early access code to purchase an item before everyone else we ask that you do not distribute it and that you place the order before the deadline given to ensure a fair chance at getting the item(s) everyone wants.
Merch will be no longer reserved/kept back for you if you do not complete the purchase before the given pre-order deadline ends to ensure a fair chance for everyone.


Liability

Vorstellan Merch Store is not liable for loss of business or income due to shipment delays under any circumstances. Whilst we makes every effort to ensure that the goods supplied correspond to in every respect with the specification or description provided as the case may be, we are not responsible for minor variations in specification, and no such minor variation shall be the subject of any claim against us or our suppliers.

Customer Complaints


In the event of the customer needing to make a complaint, firstly they should email merch@vorstellanmusic.com or alternatively use the online form within our contact us page. In many cases, a complaint is best resolved by the person responsible for the issue in question. If the complaint has been received by that person, they may be able to resolve it swiftly and will do so if possible and appropriate.


Payment

We use Stripe for our Payment Processor on our Website.

Please Note: There are no alternative payment methods.
We DO NOT accept alternative payment methods such as Cash, Cheque, PayPal, CashApp, Crypto-currencies or alternatives for purchases of our Merch online.

Exception: At Gigs we are able to accept payment via Cash.
We will be introducing contactless/card payments in the future at gigs.


Refunds

If you feel our stickers aren’t sticky enough we really don’t care, honestly! We think they’re pretty darn good die-cut Stickers from Sweden so appreciate them, please.

On a Serious note, We will accept refund requests at our discretion on the basis of their being a genuine fault e.g. CD not working.
T-Shirts and Hoodies can be swapped if your sizing is too small/big but this is subject to the item being in stock and you shipping it to us in the condition you received it.*
*You are responsible for ensuring the safe return of the item(s) you wish to return to us; The items should ideally be posted with adequate protection and with tracking/proof of postage.
If you have requested a replacement item we will dispatch it once we have successfully received and processed your returned item.
You must pay for the postage/any fees required to post the item(s) to us.
We cannot offer a ‘free’ returns service. The item(s) must be in the exact condition it arrived to you (we will not refund damaged goods).
If the item is faulty we will refund postage costs (we will specifically mention if we will do this in our communication with you).
The law states you have a 14 day return period if there is something wrong with the item; Please ensure to contact us the day it arrives if there is an issue.

Personalised items with names etc such as Hoodies and T-Shirts cannot be returned for sizing reasons due to the nature of the product. You are responsible for ensuring the name/personalisation you would like is typed correctly before completing the purchase on our website.

Damage.In.Transit – If your item is damaged during transit (packaging ripped, item smashed etc) we ask you to take photos of this and the damage and email us as soon as possible including your order number and approximate time of parcel(s) delivery so we can make a claim with the courier on your behalf to try and resolve the issue.

We genuinely can’t accept refunds on Stickers, wristbands and our Key-rings/Bottle Opener Accessories due to them being un-washable so they are non-returnable items on hygiene grounds.


Product Colours

Visual colours and representations may be different on your screen compared to the actual products when you receive them; Screens and Cameras can intemperate colour differently. We always do our best to describe the colour(s) accurately.

We are not responsible for any errors or inaccuracies on the site.


Digital Downloads

If your order contains a Digital Download you will receive this as soon as your order status is updated to ‘Processing’.
You will receive an email with unique links (links are unique to each customer) to download the tracks from the album. You will have 7 Days to download the tracks – after the 7 Days you will be unable to download the Album again. We are notified once you have downloaded any digital download elements of your order.


Shipping

We try our best to ship all orders within 48 Hours of taking your order.
At this moment in time we can ship to UK, Ireland, Germany, Australia, – We will be adding more locations in the future but if your location is not on there please email us as we may be able to ship to you. Our Shipping Fees are only to cover the cost of the postage and protective packaging your items require. We try our hardest to keep these costs as low as possible. Shipping Fees are based on the heaviest/most expensive item to ship in your cart – There is a one item limit on some items to correctly calculate shipping but this does not mean you cannot place multiple orders from our website if you want more than one limited item.


General Use of Site and Availability

To assist you we will sometimes provide links outside our website to other sites which may be related to the topic or information you are looking for. These links are provided for your convenience and inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement or approval by us of the linked site, its operator or its content. We are not responsible for the content of any website outside our site.

Whilst we will use all reasonable endeavours to make this site and our services available to you, we cannot guarantee that it will operate continuously or without interruptions.

We reserve the right to change and update these Terms from time to time and recommend that you revisit this page regularly to keep informed of the current Website Terms that apply to your use of the Website. By continuing to access, browse and use this Website, you will be deemed to have agreed to any changes or updates to our Website Terms and Conditions.
